I was thinking of you ALL morning! I'm so glad that you had such a fantastic experience and I can't wait to compare notes. Get back here to Maine so we can celebrate. CONGRATULATIONS YOU MARATHON RUNNER YOU!!
By the way, I love that the marathon ticker says 000 000 000! WOO HOO!
wow, you amaze me!!
oh my friend, you amaze me, fill me with wonderment, and lift my spirit. strong, beautiful, extraordinary, emilie.
This is something that will always be yours. No one can ever take this away from you...GOOD WORK!!
yeah! so proud of you and thank you from the bottom of our hearts
You are my hero! I thought of you all weekend...and the amazing and inspiring raison d'etre you had for the race. Cheers, Em!
Congratulations Emilie! It was an emotional experience just to read you account of the race! (How thoughtful of Liesel to provide the Kleenex at the end.) It was great to hear about her running with you part of the way and Chris photographing you while running backwards. Dan and I enjoyed your mom's proud reaction, too. We know that Klaus was with you all the way.
I thought of another labor/marathon similarity....all the people anxiously waiting for your big news on the day of the race!!!
