What's for Dinner?

This isn't a recipe as much as it is a reminder for you to eat smoked salmon for a simple supper.    A mixed green salad with herbs, toasted sesame semolina bread with a smear of cream cheese, smoked salmon, capers and onions, along with a Sam Adams Summer Ale, yes please.

this is as pretty a picture as it is a yummy dinner. And what you didn't write and I can hear Sam saying off-camera is, "Ok, Em... but where's the rest of it?"
