What's for Dinner?

Here's a pretty easy one with tons-o-flavor:  Chicken Piccata (recipe from Epicurious)

I followed the recipe exactly as it was written, so I'll just let you follow the link.  I served it with some cheese ravioli with mushrooms and broccoli.   It was delicious, if I do say so myself.

 From the other side:

And the kids' version:  chicken without the sauce, ravioli without the mushrooms, broccoli and strawberries.  If you look closely, you'll see Reed has another black eye, this time from bumping into lord knows what.
And, the next night I mixed the rest of the chicken, cubed up, and the rest of the sauce with some pasta and more broccoli.  2 meals out of one!

I love chix piccata and can't wait to try this!! Your dinner looked sooo yummy and I'm soooo hungry; I wanted to badly to jump through the computer and eat yours!

BTW-if you're still looking for music for your playlist, do you have some adele on there? She is great and I love her. Try "Rolling in the Deep" or "Fire to the Rain"
