 Three signs that Reed is a genius:

1.  A conversation overheard between Reed (5 yrs)  and Skyler (7 yrs).

Skyler:  "Ouch, Reed!  I'm telling!"
Reed:  "Please don't tell.  If you don't tell, I won't tell on you."
Skyler:  "What do you have to tell on me for?"
Reed:  (thinking, thinking).  "Hit me."

2.  Reed named his new stuffed dog "Moustasha."  I said, "Wow!  Where did you get that name?"

He nodded and pointed to his head and said:  "I just thinked it up."

3.  The other night, I told Reed it was late and he could only have one more story.  He said he'd be right back.  A few minutes later, he climbed into my bed with two books taped together.  "Just one more book, Mommy!"
