I am happily back into the swing of the winter life and the school routine. I actually look forward to going back to work and getting a little balance after Christmas, sometimes also known as the explosion of chaos and stuff and high-calorie foods. I want to clean, simplify, and refocus on goals, to start living out all my good intentions.
I feel inspired to roll up my sleeves and get work done, and by work, I mean teaching and responding to student papers and getting midterm exams ready, and I also mean writing, and blogging, and organizing my recipes, and doing a cleanse, and signing up for some races, and just generally taking good care of myself.
Right now the kids are asleep, I have potato-leek soup on the stove which will feed me for the next several days, and the house is quiet and clean. I feel kind of amazing tonight, happy and open to big things.
January is the time of year that we all feel invigorated to start anew, and I know someone who can help you actually get your year off to the amazing start you are hoping for.

I want to win! I need help qualifying for The Boston Marathon. My body can do it, but my brain gets in the way!
Amy... kelly would be perfect for that. Good luck!
This year I decided to get some help with my anxiety, I am doing better, I have 5 kids ad a full time job and attend collage. My new year resolution is to be a better mom, wife and friend.
Brittany Sisco :)
My brain is currently a bit disorganized; my new year's resolution.... would be to determine an appropriate new year's resolution. :)
I would love to win. 2013 is the year for self improvement, to value myself and know I am worthy of love.
I want to admit that I want to write as my job.
I want clarity and better health
After 7 years at a job that does not make me happy, I would love some help making a plan to move forward and finally make a change.
I want to enter a PhD program at Tufts or Stanford!
I would like to be free of my food addiction!
I am going to learn how to eat properly and stop the dieting process once and for all! Learning whats good fuel for my body and how it reacts to certain foods will be a great accomplishment for me!
I'd like to learn how to slow down and be more present in 2013!
I would LOVE to find better balance: be more focused towards my two kids, a better partner to my husband, not be bogged down by the stresses of life: finances, a new baby, a new job...
We only have one life. I want to learn how to stop worrying and enjoy the moments.
One of my challenges this year is CREATE more. I always say how much I am going to start on my own "business" and create but it never comes to light. I have my own scrapbook room and have all the supplies I need. I just need to get focused and get creating!!
I also want to focus on spending some quality time with each of my kids and also my husband.
I'm turning 30 this year and would love to make it a memorable year.Unfortunately I am stuck in uncovering just what it is that will define memorable for me.
Seeking to be more open hearted and less critical.
Oh my goodness everyone, you have amazing intentions for the year! I'm feeling inspired just reading through all of them. I can feel that 2013 is going to be an incredible year with all this amazing energy!! I have to say that I am feeling all fired up to dig in and get working on all this beautiful stuff with all of you!!!
I'd love to win! 2013 is the year that I want to become (or begin to become) the person I have always wanted to be!
I want to decide whether it's time to leave New York.
This is my 40th year. I'm celebrating by doing a half IM in June with a fabulous group of girls. I have a great husband and two outstanding kids and I love my job as an elementary school teacher. I would love to learn to enjoy these gifts rather than worry about what still needs to get done!
I want to be more intentional in my marriage and be more patient with my kids.
I am excited for 2013 and creating space in my life for creativity and intention. Much of the past 2 years has been focused on building my own business. It's been a challenge at times ripe with self doubt and fears. However, with the support and encouragement of friends, family and colleagues, I've taken the leap. The outcome has given me freedom in my schedule, greater financial stability and a tremendous sense of pride. In the next year, I'd like to harness that courage and excitement to continue reaching towards amazing adventures and achievements. I don't know what those adventures will be just yet, but I would love to take this class as a means to exploring what my passions need attention next.
